We wanted to create a special print to take to the 2010 US Social Forum in Detroit. We decided to create a print to sell as a fundraiser for the Excluded Workers Congress. We talked about racist and classist it was for certain sectors to be exluded from the Depression era-National Labor Relations Act. These excluded workers have decided that enough is enough and that they should have their right to organize recognized. We created the poster with composite of portraits that were created for a local affiliate of the National Day Laborer Organizing Network and the National Domestic Workers Alliance (both of which were formed at the US Social Forum in Atlanta in 2007). We have a few left after the historic gathering. 50% of the editions proceeds will go to benefit the Excluded Workers Congress.
